Giardini di Ravello — rose petals and saffron. The most floral, after the cliffside gardens at Ravello.

All six are triple-milled with shea butter and jojoba oil, vegan and cruelty-free. The sisal bag holds a bar and doubles as a washcloth — it lathers the soap and gives a light scrub, and it is the tidiest way to use up the last slivers of a bar rather than throwing them out.

What is in the box?
Six full-size soaps and a natural sisal soap bag. Four of the soaps are smooth bars; two are scrub bars, Acqua di Ischia and Aperitivo in Amalfi.

What is the sisal bag for?
Put a bar inside and use it as a washcloth. The sisal lathers the soap and gives a light scrub, and when a bar wears down to slivers you can keep using them inside the bag instead of throwing them away. Rinse and hang it to dry.

What is a scrub bar?
A soap with exfoliating grain milled into it — ground apricot seed in the Amalfi bar, sea salt in the Ischia one — so it exfoliates gently as you wash. It is a bar, not a jar of body scrub.

Are they vegan?
Yes. All six are vegan and cruelty-free, triple-milled with shea butter and jojoba oil.

Can I split the box into separate gifts?
Yes, and it is one of the best boxes in the store for that. Each bar is in its own printed carton, so six gifts come out of one purchase — useful for teachers, neighbors, or a holiday table.

Is this a good Italian wedding gift?
