DESCRIPTION
Handcrafted in Italy, this distinctive tumbler features warm brown and white spiral bands finished with a vivid blue rim. Its bold yet earthy palette brings depth and character to the table. Ideal for serving water, cocktails, or aperitifs with artisan style.
This hand-blown Italian glass tumbler offers a refined interplay of color and movement. Rich brown tones wrap around the form in soft, flowing spiral bands, contrasted by milky white lines that create rhythm and visual depth. The composition is crowned with a luminous blue rim, adding a fresh, unexpected accent that elevates the overall design.
Created using traditional mouth-blown techniques, each piece reflects the skilled hand of the artisan. The spiral pattern, while structured, reveals subtle variations in line and tone—evidence of its handmade origin. The gently tapered silhouette fits comfortably in the hand, while the smooth finish enhances both its visual appeal and everyday usability.
Well suited for the design-conscious host, the collector of Italian glass, or as a thoughtful wedding or hostess gift, this tumbler brings warmth and individuality to the table. Unlike mass-produced glassware, it carries the nuance and character that only true craftsmanship can achieve.

ARTISAN STORY
ARTISAN STORY
Founded in 1979 by Claudio Barducci, Italesse emerged from a distinctly Italian vision: to elevate glassware beyond simple utility into an essential instrument of experience. From the beginning, the brand distinguished itself by designing pieces that balance form and function—where refined aesthetics meet technical precision.
This philosophy quickly resonated with the world’s most respected wine, champagne, and spirits producers. What followed was a natural expansion into the hospitality sphere, where leading hotels, luxury resorts, and Michelin-starred restaurants adopted Italesse glassware for its performance-driven design and understated elegance.
Over the decades, Italesse has grown into a global presence, now spanning more than 80 countries and producing over three million glasses annually. Yet despite this scale, the brand remains deeply rooted in its Italian identity—where craftsmanship, innovation, and a sensitivity to the rituals of the table guide every creation.
At the heart of Italesse is a commitment to enhancing sensory experience. This is exemplified in their Senses project, an initiative dedicated to refining how aroma, flavor, and visual perception interact through expertly designed glass forms.
Equally important is the company’s dedication to responsible production. With a focus on environmental awareness and ethical practices, Italesse was awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, recognizing its ongoing efforts toward sustainability.
Today, Italesse stands as a bridge between artisan tradition and contemporary design—creating glassware that serves not only the drink, but the moment itself.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Care Instructions – Mouth-Blown Italian Glass
Mouth-blown glass carries the subtle variations and delicacy of true artisan work. With thoughtful care, it will retain its clarity and beauty for years of use at the table.
Washing
Hand wash recommended using warm water and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Gently clean with a soft sponge to preserve the surface and avoid micro-scratches.
Drying
Dry immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent water spots and maintain the glass’s natural brilliance.
Dishwasher Use
While occasional dishwasher use on a delicate cycle may be possible, hand washing is strongly preferred to protect the integrity of the glass and its finish.
Handling
Hold with care, especially around the rim and base. Slight irregularities in shape are a natural result of the hand-blown process and should be treated with attention.
Temperature
Avoid sudden temperature changes (such as very hot liquids or rapid cooling), as thermal shock may compromise the glass.
Storage
Store upright in a stable space where pieces are not tightly crowded, allowing each glass to remain protected from accidental contact.
With proper care, each piece continues to reflect the artistry of Italian glassmaking—meant not only to be used, but appreciated over time.
